shanghai expo - macau pavilion

"Jack" the RoboThespian is installed in the Macau Pavilion, Shanghai Expo, greeting visitors as they walk through the exhibition area.

The bespoke content has four language options; Mandarin, Cantonese, Portuguese and English. The touch screen interface was customised to suit the venue, and visitors can make a selection from a series of themes, including culture, economy and general life in Macau. The Macau Pavilion receives 2,500 visitors per day.

After the Expo ends in October the RoboThespian will be shipped to Macau, to communicate scientific themes in an entertaining way to audiences.
